Anyone look at the tracker this morning? Chris has been on a tear! I predict massive bugfixes for alpha 21. ;)

I was thinking that bugfixes was something for Alpha 22, that they would ask the community to 'rate' the bugs and gave them a week to do so and then started on it.

It is reassuring to see a focus on bugs this 'early' in the development, because honestly a lot of us do play for fun so squashing bugs really does enhance that.

i guess that will be ok, considering how they (imo) are heading in the wrong direction with the game and its prisoner mode (don't want to be a prisoner, just want to run the prison)

Prisoner mode isn't meant to be a game mode. It is meant to be a failure mode. You failed, but rather than simply present the player with a game over screen, they are instead given something very constrained to do. I really don't think that it is meant to be a full-on game mode---it is more of an easter egg.

Xander, in the Alpha 20 video he indicated that a lot of things could be added lateron giving the sugestion that there could be more behind it

Regardless, my phone kept vibrating in the morning to notify me of those updated reports on mantis. I'm excited for the coming release!

I read through about 30 of the ones that were marked resolved and it appeared a lot of them were already fixed in previous alphas or not bugs at all. Just may have been cleaning up the list but I do hope that some bug fixes got in before the cut off time :)
