[MOD] Materials.txt modding help

I am making a simple sandbox mode mod that gives 100 Million dollars though an automatically-completed grant and I am reducing the construction time of all objects to 0. It works for me just fine, but after publishing it on Steam I have heard back from many people that it doesnt work for them. I have heard of a steam publishing issue, but I dont know th details of it nor if this is the case.

Here is a sample of my modding in the materials.txt file.

I am also trying to expand the mod and make it where the items do not require workman to build. I think this may not be possible yet, so i got the idea to just make workmen move really fast with the ability to walk through buildings. I figured that by changing this existing code in the materials.txt file from this

would do the trick, but it does not for me. I got the MoveSpeedFactor line from the guard info and removed the BlockedBy lines completely.

Do I need to change anything in any other files? What am I missing?

Many elements within the game, for example, making a mod to add new placeable objects for players to use (instead of replacing the old objects) is currently not possible. The movement speed and "blockedby" properties most likely fall into this "not moddable" category. They are most likely hard coded into the game and cannot be changed.

As Rgeezy911 said, however, can you give me the link to your mod? I can't seem to find it.

also for sandbox mode mod i recommend removing any slow deliveries off items

and add transportable to all items

also i recommend making the requirement for your grant a storage (should say build large storage in the grants window or something)...that way you don't forget a storage hence eliminating slow deliveries

I was gonna do this for my mod, but I personally use Sandbox Mode mod to get an idea of how to layout my prison better.
But now that I think of that some more, maybe I will change it, at least make another version. I'd like to figure out how to make workers move faster and walk through objects first though.
