Suggestion - Doctor Patrols!
PLEASE can we get doctor patrols soon (it's not in and I'm missing it?) sick of the doctors hanging around doing nothing yet people are around injured. Would be useful.

No you're not missing it.
I don't think it will be implemented though. While sometimes guards could be a bit more diligent about taking prisoners to the infirmary I usually don't see a lot of injured prisoners lying around.

Prisoners are meant to be brought to the infirmary rather then the doctors going to the prisoners. The problem at the moment is that the escort priority of guards is totally unrealistic. When some prisoners engaged in a fight that injured them and got them solitary time assigned, this is what happens:
1. A guard escorts the prisoner back to his cell (which is completely pointless imo)
2. Another guard then escorts the prisoner from his cell to the solitary room
3. After the solitary time is up, a guard escorts the prisoner back to his cell
4. Only as the last point will a guard be assigned to escort the prisoner to the infirmary.
I think it should rather be like:
1. Escort to infirmary
2. Escort from infirmary straight to solitary
3. Escort from solitary to cell
The last point could even be omitted if the solitary area is not blocked by staff-only zones, if the prisoners time is up he could then just leave by himself.
But remember, this is an Alpha. I'm pretty sure it'll get fixed eventually^^

Re: Suggestion - Doctor Patrols!
It would be nice if we could assign doctors to specific infirmary's. I have a large "Main" infirmary and a couple single bed ones tucked away in my staff rooms (my way of combating guards shrugging off minor injuries which make them weaker in a fight). Before the update it worked perfectly, 1 doctor from the main one would hang about in each of the staff area's infirmary's. The update made them all rush to one of the single bed ones and they look ridiculous Another thing I noticed is that doctors don't patrol around the infirmary, this leaves patients unattended if the room is too big.
In short: Assigning them like guards would be nice, however they would only go to infirmary's and would wander around them and immediately go to patients placed in beds. Mobile healing should be left to paramedics.

I would really like this because I do have multiple infirmarys and the doctors always tend to crowd around the smallest one that I have. Even if patrols aren't implemented I would still like for them to be stationed to an infirmary.
