Any way to add/remove research items on Bureucracy?
I tried to add/remove the researching items on bureucracy but I failed. I only can move their position...
So I was wondering if you can add/remove any researching items on bureycracy or not?

lol no, but I am trying to make Legal useful by locking some rooms and objects...Apart from that,
was thinking to make my own researching items and their benefits. Weapons would not work of course..

I know you can add rooms to research easily, you just add required research underneath a room or an object in the materials.txt
Perhaps you could use another research. Bind health and mental health together and you have yourself a free slot.

So, there is no way to make your own research item but to put 2 research items together so a free slot will be saved...
Chris should give us more benefits on making mods. If you like Town mod and play it, I will try make Legal staff useful

I tried your town mod a while ago on steam but it only changed the textures I believe.
The big problem with mods is that I make my own mods and they usually interfere with other mods. Most of my mods are about making sheetmetal stacks of 50 and having an office require a sofa instead of a chair. I'm not sure on how I should edit textures, what do you use?

I use Photoshop to change textures. I am not very skilled to it. For requirements, I change texts in materials.txt. If you want, I can help your mod, as second developer.

Thanks but it's more of a personal mod, changing things to my desires. I'll give Photoshop a try and let you know if I need any help with my mod

I'm just curious what all you're looking to mod. I haven't actually come across many mods that totally grab my attention but I'm always curious what options there are or will be

I'm just curious what all you're looking to mod. I haven't actually come across many mods that totally grab my attention but I'm always curious what options there are or will be
Town Mod(My mod) will explain you mostly , but it is totally outdated since I created a lot more work on Town mod(Yet I havent updated it yet, cos they are not finished yet).
Since Legal are totally useless, I am making them useful by...Ah....researching locked rooms and objects(Such as, lock Execution room, research Legal in order to gain it access)

Oh ok. I saw it, but I couldn't figure out what exactly it did besides change sprites

And much more...Yet, there are a lot that arent in town mod, yet. Patience , but if alpha17 will be released, I will have to delay Town mod to add new "language" lines, objects, rooms, staff(if they add) etc. Since Alpha17 has high chance to feature armed guards and a lot more related about it according on current object.png.
