Must be Mark, cos Chris is the only developer that makes PA. Mark just doing voice-over on videos and marketing...

What makes you say that? I'm sure that Johnny did the performance enhancements we saw; that's what Chris said in the release video.

There's also Andrew(?) Lim and a sound guy (Alistair) and of course Ryan Sumo... So it is more than just Chris developing PA.
Also; I'm pretty sure Mark will be doing more than just voice overs on the videos...

Chris and Mark are the only developers who do voice over on videos. Excluding on A.I voice over..
I only know that only Mark and Chris have access that twitter.
EDIT: And Chris/Mark always release alpha updates on lunch time. If lunch times, then there is small chance that they will release alpha update on afternoon
