[Suggestion] Traffic, area and staff control options

Staff don't follow the restrictions, oftentimes they'll take new inmates through staff only areas as they're going by fastest route, not what you defined for the prisoners.

Thanks for that info. Now i know guards will take prisoners through staff only areas. I will adjust accordingly.

That's part of why I have some of these suggestions. With these things implemented you would have much better control on the traffic and control of your area and staff
