[SUGGESTION] Build few floors

I would like to see the option to build few floors, so if you built a foundation, you can build stairs and then add floors to the building.

This has been suggested many, many times before. Eventhough I think it should happen I can recall something about Chris saying they wouldn't do that.

I thought it would be a good idea as well but there's no point since they added extra expansion.
