[SUGGESTION] Criminal Admin
i was thinking while reading the AMA, and i thought about it... what about if you could take the psychologist, and have him research something about prisoner hiring. like once you get like XX number of prisoners reformed or something, or find one on the streets, you could hire them to think like a criminal and help you figure out your flaws in your prison designs! kinda like prisoner mode i guess..

I don't think he means prisoner mode. He's suggesting hiring an escape artist to find gaps in the prison security for the player. That'd actually be quite handy mid to late game in fine tuning security and regime to get the inescapable prison.
