have you ever had the issue where inmates seem to be "stuck" hanging around the canteen after eating? They have needs that need to be met but wont leave -- It seems like whenever you have freetime directly after eating many inmates stick around chillin on the benches, even if they dont need comfort. If you assign yard, work, or something specific after the eating period that gets them out of the canteen.

Since you mention inmates, I assume that you are talking about Prison Architect. This is not the Prison Architect forum.
