Rec room for the staff. (work planing)

Insted of the staff walking around patroling all the time. Maybe have a rec room, so they can relax and have breaks.

Have the ability to planed work and rest time and when the guards are at work. Right now everybody works 24/7. Will never happen in real life. Maybe a small easy way to plan the guards shifts, so there is few at night when the prisoners sleep and more at day, when they are about.
