[suggestion] injuries

In movies prisoners stay long enough in infirmary to plot escapes or they plan on getting in infermary to make escape more easy. I miss that in the game.

And something else: Is it maybe a good idea to let little injuries heal on their own over time? No need for doctors? If course I don't want this for more serious injuries.
When my guards aren't seriously injured, they keep on doing their job. I'd like them to either wait for a not-injured guard to release them or to heal on their own. That's why i proposed that.
