Summary of livestream

New Contraband System
-Each room is a potential source for many types of contraband. (1:29:50)
-Prisoners currently will have a 50% chance of trying to steal that contraband. Eventually, the chance will be based on own desire and global demand for that contraband. (HUGE numbers of prisoners with Forks/Spoons for now, I guess)
-Prisoners carrying contraband will avoid searches if possible.
-Contraband groups: Weapons, Tools (for escape), and Narcotics
Searching Options
-Ability to order the search of a specific prisoner's cell (3:56:28 ). The more objects in a cell, the longer it takes. (4:30)
-New emergency option - Shakedown. Causes all guards to immediately search all cells for contraband. (5:04:28 )
-New regime options for planned cell searches
General
-Soon-to-be released prisoners show up on Todo list (1:49:14)
-Overlays (thought this was a debug, but may not be) showing Security, Decoy, Territory (gangs?) and Contraband (only sources, not locations). Caption is "Visually identify weaknesses in your prison's layout."[/list]

Medical Ward: Drugs, Needle, Poison
Cleaning Cupboard: Poison
Visitation: Cigs, Drugs, Booze, Mobile Phone
Canteen: Fork, Spoon
