[suggestion] prisoner arrival time

currently on the regime page of the reports menu there's a red nice line crossing the sections indicating on the right side of the list the current time.

it would be great if there were another line, with a grab point on the left which the player could use to move the prisoner intake time in one hour segments. (snap to hour)

ideally prisoner intake should be done during a quiet time for the prison where their arrival will cause the least disruption and have the most resources available to process them. this would give the player the ability to design the regime to suit their prison while also not forcing them to process new prisoners during what would typically be a busy time in the daily cycle.

+1 for this idea. It really bothers me that new prisoners arrive at about the time all the other inmates wake up.

love the idea that one could possibly change the intake time of the prisoners, or for now, you can change your schedule to to reflect when they come in at 8am.

How about a separate schedule page or something that'll allow you to set the prisoner arrival time and when Visitors arrive too?

i like this idea too honestly, but what about specifying delivery times in general? what's the opinion on that, i could see a number of uses such as being able to control how far ahead of time food preparation for meals occur, i guess i'm sort of thinking of a staff schedule as well in addition to the regime for prisoners, specifying certain times that are low activity for the prison to automatically lock most doors except staff and standard so that you can be sure workmen will be able to complete their tasks more safely if prisoners are unhappy.

and Another one with "Wake up call" ie no sleep after this time, so we can have "free time" or nothing" before sending the prisoners to the showers...
