I'm question about Developement Team Have Planning to Translate Other Languages?

So you're a question, pose.

Alright, I'll stop trying to be funny. Yes, I don't know if there's an official statement on the issue, but it is generally considered something they will have done by the time of the full release. Until that time, there are several community translations out there. One problem they are having, though, is that they can only use ASCII characters (i.e. roman alphabet plus some punctuation).
