I have been trying and trying and I cant for the life of me get laundry to work. I have a population of 38 and if um LUCKY I can get uniforms to HALF of them, I have tried EVERYTHING (small rooms, large rooms, 1 workier, 2 workers, etc). Was there some kind of hotfix I don't know about? Or do i just have to wait for alpha 11?

It's not just you... Keep in mind that a wiki can be updated by anybody without any proper sources. Nothing's been updated AFAIK.

Tried a few prisons and it all of them my laudry delivers the first clean set to each cell then never picks up dirty or delivers more... kind of just stopped playing for now because I always get stuck at this same point. I don't mind losing or helping find bugs but I'd like to do it more than one way

This happened to me but after a while the prisoners started handing enough out which made the clothing need stay down. ( I had 3 hours of work in the morning and two at night, with about 4-6 prisoners working in laundry)

I've found that the laundry works pretty well except in one case - where there's a blocked job to collect a dirty prison uniform. No matter how many are in the Laundry they all just refuse to do anything until that job is unblocked and done. It seems that dirty prison uniforms can be discarded anywhere, even on top of walls, if it lands on a wall the job becomes blocked. Demolishing the wall (and potentially others around it) fixes the problem.

As for the regime, I typically have a work period from 10.00-18.00 with ~1/3 of the prison population in the laundry. That covers everyone then, provided I'm on top of the demolish walls bit.

Use only one basket for the laundry, at maximum 2. Also, if nothing works: dump ALL your clothings, even the clean ones in a basket. New ones will be ordered, paid and then delivered to the cells by those working there. Do not forget at least one ironing board and put like 5 or 6 people in the laundry. Although it needs only 1 prisoner to wash and iron, the more you have to finally distribute the clothes, the better.
