The gauge "family" goes ...

Hello,
I have a worry in my prison. Despite visiting room, the need "family" of my prisoners is increasing, someone has an idea?

Ps: My detainees go well in the room, yet the need is indicated as "active"

To satisfy the family need though, prisoners need to be able to talk to them over the phone. Placing phonebooths around your prison is a good idea to keep this need met.

I already had a lot of phone. I put the double and it no longer rises.
As against the gauge is always red.

Are the phones accessible? Do your prisoners have proper time in their regiment to use them? I usually put a couple all over the place (the canteen and the yard especially) - that way once their done with that part of their schedule when their just hanging around they'll use them if they need to. Same goes for showers and toilets (and work benches and the rest) if you want.
