Feature Request - New Maps

Hello

I would love to see new map types for example a island so we can create island prisons or a city map where you can build a prison near residential and commercial buildings.

Seems interesting, especially if the environment affected prices, and the probability of prisoner escapes/tunnels.

Not a terrible idea, but I don't see a big gameplay improvement from this.

More varied maps and a map editor have been suggested since alpha 1.

Most likely won't be added any time soon unless it is working with some other features such as the environmental factors (heat, snow, rain, etc.) or other features that would require some extra development time outside of art.

I have seen mutiple ground sprites, so this will be implemented.

Good idea, but that seems like a later update, for now I like that they are focusing on adding new features.

An island map should heighten the price for furnishing and materials being brought to the prison area, but it should increase the difficulty of an escape ten-folds, plus the whole mentality of planning an escape (if this comes in a future build), and wishing for one, should be lowered too.
