Hey guys, this is game is really great, it took me an while to get things going until I fully understood some concepts of the game, but still its an awesome game.
But one thing bugs me, why the guards are out of the question when it comes to sleeping, eating etc?
Wouldnt make more sense if guards had their own needs just like prisioners? And those needs would affect their performance, like sleeping on the job or not running after a escaping inmate.
It would be great to see guards personality, including some corrupt ones that allow contraband (then another guard would have to be nearby to see and punish both), it would be great to see guards sleeping, eating and taking shifts.
What if instead of 100/day make a 50/day a guard and allow guards shifts to be estabilished just like the prisioner schedule made by the warden, once you have a chief of security you can develop up to three different guard shifts with three different schedules (one works at the first 8 hours of the day, another at the 8 hours etc)
That could function for the staff members too, having the staff cafateria and common room.
And another thing, the psychologist could be a little more useful, wouldn't be cooler if really agressive inmates could see the the psychologist at his office and you could select "due to therapy" in which the psychologist would have a up to 12 inmates-day schedule that would reduce their aggressiveness ? Or maybe just a "Therapy" room where the inmates marked "due to therapy" would be schedule to show up for an hour everyday and that would help reduce their aggresive behavior.
Thats just an idea of course, I lack the proper knowing of how complicate would be to implement such things, anyways what do you guys think?
Sorry is I misspelled anything I haven't really written in english for some time.
