Installation:

Windows:

Step 1: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prison Architect

Step 2: Open 'main.dat' with an archiver (Such as 7Zip Or Winrar)

Step 3: Open 'Mo' Crimes 1.1.zip' with an archiver

Step 4: Copy the Mo' Crimes 'biographies.txt file' into 'main.dat'

Step 5: Click replace

Step 6: Launch Prison Architect!

Mac:

Step 1: Go to the 'Applications' folder, Right Click 'Prison Architect'

Step 2: Click 'Show Package Contents' (Should be the second option), click 'Contents' then click 'Resources'

Step 3: Open 'main.dat' with an archiver (Such as Stuffit Expander or The UnArchiver)

Step 4: Open 'Mo' Crimes 1.1.zip' with an archiver

Step 5: Copy the Mo' Crimes 'biographies.txt' file into 'main.dat'

Step 6: Click replace

Step 7: Launch Prison Architect!

Check your spelling and you probably shouldn't have the same crime twice with slightly different names, also for some crimes there are likely better names to use.

• Name Prostituion ---> Prostitution
• Name CounterfitMoney ---> Duplicate, remove in favour of CounterfeitingMoney
• Name CounterfitClothingDistribution ---> CounterfeitClothingDistribution
• Name CounterfitingMoney ---> CounterfeitingMoney
• Name CauingSuicide ---> CausingSuicide, also not sure if there is an actual crime by this name, it's likely referred to as something else.
• Name Pimping ---> I believe this is referred to legally as procuring/pandering.
• Name AntiSocialBehaviour ---> I'm pretty sure Anti Social Behaviour technically isn't a crime in itself. Perhaps consider DisturbingThePeace. I believe it's actually already covered under ViolentDisorder.
• Name UnderageIntercourse ---> No specific crime by this name this is normally classed as one of: child sexual abuse, statutory rape, illegal carnal knowledge, and corruption of a minor, etc. It is generally ignored when both participants are close in age, especially if both are minors, excepting of course if the standard crime of rape is applicable.
• Name UnderageRape ---> There is no specific crime by that name, you're referring to statutory rape again, you could use any of the following: "sexual assault" (SA), "rape of a child" (ROAC), "corruption of a minor" (COAM), "unlawful sex with a minor" (USWAM),[3] "carnal knowledge of a minor" (CKOAM), "unlawful carnal knowledge" (UCK), or simply "carnal knowledge"
• Regarding the offences against children, the way they're set up would likely make the criminal a HighSec inmate and in reality there's no way a prison would put a child abuser in with HighSec inmates, they'd be dead within the hour.
• You're spelling Medium as Meduim for the Risk.
• Name Genocide ---> I strongly doubt that having a prisoner guilty of genocide is remotely likely. Additionally if you did have one they'd either be on death row or serving several life sentences. Not 24-52 years for wiping out a significant number of members of a race, the minimum sentence for murder in the game is 25 years.

Assisted Suicide/Euthanasia tends to be Murder or Manslaughter/Culpable Homicide, depending on the circumstances/feelings at the time.

Counterfeiting Currency already exists in the biography file (misspelled, naturally), so there didn't need to be another two version of it. The child sex crimes are awkward inclusions if nothing else. Including Genocide is rather daft.

By causing suicide I ment when someone makes threats against someone and 'bullies' someone into comiting suicide (and btw it is a crime and please can someone tell me the proper name for it.

When you are saying that there is a duplicate of counterfeitmoney and counterfeitingmoney I mean that there are 2 different crimes, using counterfeit money and making counterfeit money, I will change the wording to make it more clearer.

For genocide, I'm from the UK and here we don't have the death penalty.

For the other stuff I will make sure I correct them soon, thank you.

You don't need to extract or touch main.dat in any way, despite the instructions. Just create a folder called 'data' at the top-level of your PA install and put the files in there.
