Mouse movements

I apologise if this has already been suggested; but personally, I think it would be useful to be able to free roam around the map with just the mouse.
Instead of constantly using the arrow keys or WASD.

Thoughts?

You can hold the middle mouse button down and drag the map around if that helps. Maybe not as easy edge scrolling but at least it does enable you to use just the mouse.

Awesome Tip! It is at least a definite fix for all of Alpha. How long has that been enabled? It is to me just as easy as edge scrolling except for trackpad users who don't have a middle button. I'd assume two finger scrolling doesn't work but it is not an imperative matter anyways. Thanks again for the great tip.

I personally don't see a need for this at the moment, but I would LOVE to see side scrolling in the final release.
