Introversion

Hi a quick question, I've got my name in the game but mine is one of those few that doesn't have an image to go with it in the menu, I signed up along time ago, do I have to do something else now to create an image?

Going to http://www.introversion.co.uk/prisonarc ... ameingame/ I get a forbidden error. How can I submit my prisoner details?

Me too. I recently took the "name" upgrade for $20 and want to do this.

You said previously that your name wasn't in either the authorised or unauthorised list (which as I understand it is not a list of rejects, but yet-to-be-authorised), which suggests to me your entry got lost or wasn't submitted correctly. Have you tried simply going back here:

The link no longer works and just displays FORBIDDEN for the bio update.

I've e-mailed support yet AGAIN as got no response.

I am also getting the "Forbiddon!" screen. I registered my forum account and everything- help with this would be appreciated since we paid extra!

I am also having this issue along with getting no response to my support requests. Are there any updates toward this issue?

Waited years for mine, contacted support twice (which last I heard was Sam was all the support they had for things like this) still had no reply.

The link has been fixed by Introversion! The correct link is now linked from http://support.introversion.co.uk/custo ... n-the-game and points to http://www.introversion.co.uk/prisonarchitect/register/

You can now get to adjusting the name-in-the-game as you need

Hey guys, I bought the upgrade and registered it, but I'm confused as I cant seem to find the form to post the name I want or anything.
All the links just lead back to the log in screen or the forum page.

Edit: Found it! Lets hope it works?
Edit again: I saved it. Now what? Haha. Is it just submitted that way?

use another search engine (example:internet explorer)it said forbidden on google chrome for me but internet explorer works fine

My name didn't show up even though I got the email long ago that it had been authorized.
I don't see it on the authorized list OR the unauthorized one OR in game?? Where did it go?

Hey guys! Just a quick question, similar to others I've seen in years past, but even though my name is recent, when will it be reviewed? I'd really love to know whether my name & bio are good enough, and whether I'll have the chance to edit it and resubmit. Whatever I do, I aim to make it in while there's still time.
