[Feature suggestion] Seasonal Weather

Some kind of seasonal weather would be really great. It would be awesome to see prisoners and guards exhaling warm air as they plod around the yard in the snow perhaps rugged up in warmer clothing.

This is a really good idea. I would like to see this implemented into the game.
