As a result, I am duty bound to point out that your own list contains an error just as terrible as the mispronunciations of Data, Beta, et cetera.

'Morgue' is 'Mortuary' in the Queen's English. 8)

I agree with the Aluminum word, I remember as a kid watching a film (I forget the title), where one of the characters had a con going on with aluminum sheeting, and was confused, wondering whether it was better or worse than aluminium...

To misspell English though, in a post talking about correct spelling of English words ;) :3

accually, its slang for people who speak chinese mixed with english, or just plain bad translations:ie; good,good, study,day day up.
