Request from a colour blind

Postby Hemothorax » Fri Feb 01, 2013 8:45 pm

Hey devs... I have quite a bad case of being red/green colour blind, and the difference between normal and max sec jumpsuits is a bit too tiny. Could you beef up the red or choose another colour alltogether (or best: Select the clour of jumpsuits for different types of inmates yourself).

I believe a color blind option would also be a nice touch.

I agree, I think we should have an option to choose which colour different types of prisoners jumpsuits are :)

Yeah, looking forward to putting my hardened criminal mastermind in a 'Where's Wally?' outfit.

What about different swatches (I hope the translator gave me the right word for this)? Minimum security is just plain colour, normal has thin stripes up to down, high has big stripes left to right.

Why bump? No one else bumps threads. Chris has made it quite clear he reads every thread in this forum. These forums have unread marks. So i'm certain it'll be noticed as appropriate.

It's quite the accessibility issue. You'd hate it to risk it going ignored.

I would LOVE to see the ability to give your prisoners their own (Right word?) jumpsuit's color. But I'd really just keep it on leaving jumpsuits to a single color, not the giant stuff.

I'd love an option to give them black and white stripes jumpsuits!

Agreed, although I am colorblind and can still see the different suits, it would be nice to be able to control colors manually, or have 'safe' colors.

Maybe what you're wanting is something like how Terreria handles colours, which is nice.
