Cannot find anywhere - how to download new versions?

So I have access to this forum, but can't find anywhere info on downloading the new versions. Where and how exactly do I go about doing it? One of the devs sent me a direct link to download it and manually activated my account when I first got PA, but I haven't got the first clue where to get the new build.
