BUGS - i cant get access where to report.

Guards dont leave hospital beds unless you dismantel them
Some prisoners refuse to eat even when you have 10 cooks and a ton of canteen space
Game crashes for no reason when you try and overwrite a room with another type of room while there are prisoners or staff in it. (random not 100% of the time)
CCTV doesnt work at all without FOG
Prisoners remain locked down after a fight indefinitely and refuse to do anything
Prisoners refuse to leave medical beds
Cooks place food on the floor instead of serving table sometimes if a fight breaks out.
Staff randomly vanish - Doctors vanish mostly for no reason.
When clicking a doctor the UI gets in your way and becomes a total hassle. its way too big and really needs changing.

Not sure how many of these are already known but these are always present in the OSX version

Hire a shrink and see if they are actually hungry. I have 2x 2 hours meal time every 12 hours. About ~10% of the inmates isn't hungry and won't eat. Most of them get hungry within those 2 hours and eventually get some food

About 10 of them are going crazy because they want food and they dont sit down and eat like the rest whilst actually standing in the canteen.
