One quote I think could be applied here is "The inmates maintain the prison entirely. Some get outside clearances to work around the jail, like cutting the grass, painting, shoveling in winter, etc.". Cmon, lemme make my prisoners do everything for candies :3

I was especially surprised to see that one Marlborough would provide you with "sexual service" for 3 days. We all know that trading goes on, but that seems an exceptionally high price for a single cigarette (unless the brand makes that big a difference).
