This is mainly a question for the devs

but why is it the work men that take out the rubbish?

I would have thought it was the janitors job

Janitors are not available straight away... so unless they were, this wouldnt work.

Workers are like labourers, they should do all delivery / rubbish tasks.

Any worker should be able to take out the rubbish if idle.

Aside from the Warden and misc bureaucrats.
