Name in Game Alpha

Hmm. I made mine a week and a half ago, and I have yet to recieve any mail about the bio. If I got the register mails, I should get the other ones also, right? Not that I'm in a rush to get it authenticated, but would be nice to knowMas Tnega wrote:I've had a number of authorised entries over time - long story short: I keep coming back to post stupid shit on the form which leaves my entry unauthorised again; you might call it testing. I never got an authorised e-mail at all (it's been weeks). Yes, at the moment the page displays nothing in FF but I guess it's safe to assume since I got no e-mail I'm still waiting. Do we need to re-submit every time there's a new alpha of the game or should they 'stick'?
I guess I'll wait until the list works again and re-submit if I'm still left dangling.

Every entry is unauthorised by default and moved to the authorised list later. However, if it hasn't been accepted after so long, maybe it needs reviewing anyway?
Edit: Oh, hey. Some of these have double quotes now. Eek!'s is one of them.
Edit 2: lol, Millicent "I AM a MAN" Baxter. That's certainly one way around the male-only problem.

There was (and may still be) a problem with it. When viewing the unauthorised entries, they would be cut short by ending just before the first quotation mark. I was noting that there many unauthorised entries that didn't do this.
It may still be the case for authorised entries, as several are cut short in a manner that suggests that character was about to be used, the most obvious examples being ending on a first name. I don't know when the entries were added/accepted so it's really complete guesswork that no one who knows better has cared to correct/silence me about.
