Multiple Levels
Was thinking about prison design in real life and figured that if they have multiple levels for cells, maybe it would work in this, do you guys think it could work, as it can be quite annoying having to constantly make new cell blocks to house the never-ending criminals coming every day.
I think if they want games that can go on indeffinitly than they need to add the ability to go up and down. However if they are designing the game to last only a certain amount of time, than no they dont need to go up or down.
I personally would LOVE to see levels, it would mean I could have different levels for mechanical, administrative, and prisoners.

Good point, ye if it is to last forever then i think it should be a must, but maybe you need to research level 2, then level 3 ect. that way you can't build too high too quickly. although i can picture it getting pretty hard to watch 5 levels worth of prisoners, i can foresee many a punch up going unnoticed.

i like it and its would be great for small prisons - example 5 floors prison so means people can separated example
Ground - dining and yard and staff areas (elevator connection and stairs)
1 - low risk prisoners
2 - meduim risk prisoners
3 - watch rooms and washing rooms and showers and offices
4 - high risk prisoners with own dining room and showers
5 - death row prisoners with own dining room and showers
the traffic would be separated example separate elevators - example low and medium risk use elevator and stairs A and B
Staff use elevator and stair C
High risk prisoners would have to be escorted via elevator D
Death row prisoners would have to be escorted via Elevator E
