I'd suggest including your alpha key and possibly the email you use here. They should be able to search your alpha key.

Couldn't agree more. Discounting all possibilities for fraud, it would have to be an official requirement before I'd email it anywhere (pretty foreign practice to me, typically billing info suffices; though I do understand the cross-company issue). Just going to keep waiting until I get an email or staff forum reply.

What the fuck is the problem with paypal, it wants my photo ID and a bill with my name and address on for me to use my visa debit card for only $20USD, what the hell? I don't even have my name on the bills for this address, as you just use a code in Chile.
Last time I tried to use paypal two years ago they blocked me out of my account as well and spent 3 hours on the telephone. How come I never have this problem with any other secure pay website?!
Can I just transfer the money to a bank account please?

is there a chance you can make the Upgrade available directly on Steam Store?I do not own a card,but only a Virtual Wallet thus cannot do Donations but i do wish to purchase the Upgrade
