Couldn't agree more. Discounting all possibilities for fraud, it would have to be an official requirement before I'd email it anywhere (pretty foreign practice to me, typically billing info suffices; though I do understand the cross-company issue). Just going to keep waiting until I get an email or staff forum reply.

What the fuck is the problem with paypal, it wants my photo ID and a bill with my name and address on for me to use my visa debit card for only $20USD, what the hell? I don't even have my name on the bills for this address, as you just use a code in Chile.
Last time I tried to use paypal two years ago they blocked me out of my account as well and spent 3 hours on the telephone. How come I never have this problem with any other secure pay website?!
Can I just transfer the money to a bank account please?
