[BUG] Workmen randomly move furniture to other rooms.

I've had this happen a few times. At first I just started noticing tables erected in the middle of nowhere, hospital beds in the common room and my expensive metal detectors in the middle of the yard. Then I caught some workmen in the act - picking up and moving furniture.

The items had already been built elsewhere, the original build completed successfully. They were never ordered for dismantling. The items are definitely fully rebuild in the new area, as they can be dismantled and/or dumped, and in the case of doors can be assigned everyone/staff/no one.

It's not too bothersome with most items as I can just dismantle and rebuild them, but it IS a worry when it happens with doors and metal detectors. I don't want to find my secure entrance has been moved to the kitchen and all my prisoners are wandering out to their escape!
