[Bug] Offices not assigning

I did a search through and couldnt find anything on this, so hoping I'm not reposting.

Played a game today and when I placed the Accountant and Foremen into offices, instead of changing to "Foreman/Accountant" offices, the staff members just wandered out the door and were essentially useless. I was unable to research janitors and maintenence because of this. The offices were correctly built, furnished and sized. The Wardens office worked without incident. No screenshot unfortunately.

There must of been something wrong with the room - was it definately larger than 4x4, with a desk, chair and filling cabinet? Had you zoned the room as an office?

Yep, all perfectly fine.

I found that if I dezoned it, and then rezoned it, it would assign. Perhaps I had left it empty too long?

Maybe the original zoning wasn't quite right - missed a row or something

Happened to me on two different occasions now. Built 3 offices right at the start, by the time I remember to get myself a Foreman, they dont seem to want to assign. Dezoning and Rezoning fixes the issue. Definetly no issues with the original offices. 5x5 with desk, cabinet and chair.

This same office setup worked fine for the warden, and was fine once rezoned. Screenshot shows a foreman placed in an office and not being assigned to it -
