Inmates stuck in cells and cant Weewee

Postby frasercarter » Tue Oct 02, 2012 1:03 am

My inmates are stuck in their cells, and cant weewee... even though there is a toilet in the cell.

have tried rezoning
have tried replacing toilets,
placing a tv worked in a few cells to fix the weewee problem but they did not leave their cells
they have been in their cells for a few days.

Here you can see the problem.

anybody else finding this problem?

Don't think I've had them stuck, but they do often ignore their cell toilet and go elsewhere.

Noticed this too, often my prisoners will leave their cells to travel to the far side of the level to the holding cell they were first placed in to use the toilet.

In my game i found In the save file each inmate who was stuck had an extra line in their respective part, I found changing AiSetTarget true to false in the save file resolved stuck prisoners for me, you should have one for each stuck prisoner.

Yep this is a massive pain in the ass...

supposedly this error can stem from fencing in the deliveries area.
a few users mentioned on reddit that their del areas were not fenced in, but next time i find this problem ill check the save file..

thanks for the tip

Just tried this but unfortunately the prisoners are still stuck in their cells needing to wee. I also have an injured prisoner who's stuck standing in a hallway. He's cuffed and just won't move anywhere, and the doctor can't heal him either.

Try making a guard 'search' the problem prisoner. I found this fixed the problem when I had prisoners unable to sleep despite being next to a bed.
