[Suggestion] Electronic Doors
I might be mistaken but I think the prison doors open and close without electricity, I think that they should be wired up to the electricity so it's more realistic, especially when there is a lock down.
That actually would make sense. And it's not like it would add any difficulty to the game, since indoor lights already need electricity - doors and lights are usually always near each other, since they're both associated with "indoor" areas. The only thing is, they might cause an extra draw on capacitors.
Some people talk because they have something to say. Others talk because they have to say something.

At the moment, if one of your worker, begin to bug you can use the "sack" option to fire them and just have to hire new one. this could be usable in that situation even if it cost a lot ( you ll have to pay hire fee again ).

Or add an emergency generator that rapidly burns through it's fuel, either enough power for an hour in-game, or we can add a handful of items to an emergency circuit
As the game is now you can put a second generator on the same circuit, as long as its only turned on when the first generator is off. If you put it immediately next to the first they can even share a few capacitors
