[Bug] Firing two staff members at once.

Reproduce:
Hire two builders.
In Report view, open the Staff tab.
Hover your mouse over one builder so he gets highlighted with the "FIRE" icon. Don't click.
Slowly start moving your mouse horizontally towards an adjacent builder.
When in the exact middle between them, both builders will be highlighted.
Click while both builders are highlighted.
=> Both builders will be fired.

Expected behaviour: No more than one staff member should be highlighted (and thus fired) at any time.
