[bug] doctors, saving, capacity, patrol icon

doctors:
are lazy - don't go to heal even seriously insured people
injured guards don't go to the doctors

saving:
on entering the name of the savegame, the screen moves -> WASD

capacity:
my facility has a capacity of 30 - I feed 49 - but 18 more are coming. WTF?

patrol icon for guards:
It is missing. According to the bureaucracy I should see an icon on the main screen. I don't

building in general:
You can't assign doors to a wall that is not built yet.
But workes built walls from the inside and get trapped. You can't add a door later, because all workers trapped themself and get no route to the outside

Doctors don't go the heal, prisoners must come to the doctors. Do you have a medical ward with a hospital bed? Guards must escort prisoners and other guards (they don't go on their own) to the ward.

And they will keep coming until you just can't take it anymore. The game is still in alpha.

You shouldn't be building doors on walls in the first place. Leave a gap in the wall and place the door (you can place doors without walls).

Plan a wall and then delete the sections you want a door on before they get built. Simples
