Prisoner refuses to use the loo!

I have a prisoner in his cell with "needs wee" constantly up but he won't relieve himself, he just sits there for days, I've tried escorting him to holding cell or solitary. Still nothing.

Only thing i dont like is the large distance to the showers from the left cellblocks, but other than that it looks awsome!
