[Annoyance] Skype notifications not visible, but clickable.

When someone comes online on Skype, a notification pops up in the lower right corner of the screen.

When in Prison Architect, this notification is not visible, however when clicking in the lower right corner of the screen (e.g. the "Reports" button), the click event goes to the notification instead, causing Skype to open.

Personally, I'd prefer not to get any Skype notifications when in Fullscreen mode, but I care about the exact behaviour, as long as it is consistent (as in: Either neither see the notification nor being able to click it -or- get the notification window as a visible indicator that clicking that area will result in opening a Skype window).

This may probably be valid for notification popups of other applications as well.
