[Feature] Descriptions!

Items, Rooms, everything need descriptions.

Hints such as X goes in Y room

There is no "X goes in Y room". You are free to build whatever you want. You want some toilets in an extra toilet room at the canteen? Do it! The prisoners will use them if they have to in freetime or eating time. You want a shower in your cell? Do it! it works and prisoners use them!

It makes some sense. I guess descriptions for the rooms might make sense.

Like the Common room, based on the colours, its for the staff, right? Having a prisoner common room isn't farfetched..

That's why he called it a 'hint'. It's to help new players get an idea of what should go where. It doesn't stop anyone from doing anything, or say that X can't go in Y. Same concept in the tutorial mission. It tells you exactly how to build the execution room, down to the position of every single object. It's part of teaching you ideal design strategies.
