[Bug?] Prisoners Determined to sit in office chairs

I always seem to have a queue of prisoners desperate to sit in the office chair in the Warden's office.

They'll stand and wait at the staff only door(s) for a janitor or similar to open them and then get in - all in the name of getting their comfort need satisfied.

Not sure if this is by design or not.

I have plenty of sitting options available to them that are closer, and even other office chairs, but they will go out of their way to get in the warden's office.

Well the guy in the Shawshank Redemption really wanted to do that too didn't he? When he locked himself in the wardens office and played music on the PA. First thing he did was sit in the office chair.

Do your prisoners have TV's in their cells? Maybe they've just seen the film and couldn't find the PA system nor music so made a beeline for the chair.
