Sandbox Mode?

I would really like to do like a sandbox mode with unlimited money on a plot of land. Because right now with all the glitches and bugs it's really hard for me to keep a stable money stream and prisoners keep escaping ^_^.
So I would like to know if there is a Sandbox option that I can activate or a way to edit the amount of money I have on a certain save.

You can edit the save-file (normal wordpad), just search for balance and give you the amount you want.

Example line for the money:
BEGIN Finance Balance -6.00000 LastDay 8 END

-6 Dollars is clearly not enough. Change -6.00000 to 100000.00000 for enough cash.

Where to find the save-file? Just go to the main-menu and select "go to save-folder".
