[BUG] Power distribution

Had two completely equal and symmetrical rooms being fed by two different generators, both with three capacitors attached to them. Both rooms had identical wiring and very similar layout of lights. Somehow, one of the rooms had a substantially smaller electrical coverage.

Steps to reproduce:
Create two generators.
Create two large identical rooms.
Run wire from one generator to one room, and the other generator to the other room.

Expected:
Identical layouts and circumstances should provide identical power.
