[Suggestion] Room contexted Object Menu

Postby Ade_McC » Fri Sep 28, 2012 11:00 am

I imagine the object list is only going to increase and although I'm fairly familiar where things are located, some rarer items take a bit more hunting down, especially as some of the icons are similar.

I really don't want to limit creativity and prevent people placing anything they like anywhere they want, but if I'm centred on an office for example, then as a suggestion, maybe the essential items - chair, desk, filing cabinet should be highlighted, or listed first, with other probably office based items next, with all other items later. Maybe you do want a drain in the office!

==========
Off topic from title, but what does an object with a a number on it mean? Is it the number on order? The number available?

Cheers!

I think the number means, you have that amount of the item in the storage. So normally you dont have to pay for it, when you place it somewhere.

And I like the idea btw.

Agreed - down the line the build (and decor) items need to be seperated into contextual tabs. :)
