[Bug] Placeable objects invisible while paused

When the game is paused, you can still give orders to your workmen such as "build a serving table here". I assume this is intentional.

However, the serving table cursor doesn't appear, so when I'm rotating it with the middle mouse button I don't know which way it's going to face unless I unpause while placing it.

can back this one up. I set it to slow while i rotate the object, place it, then back to pause.
