Are there any more contracts besides the starters?

Do additional grants become available later in the game or are we stuck with just the starting contracts for now? I'm out of money and the federal grants barely cover expenses and 2 new cells.

Could be wrong but I assume there are no more grants to be had in the games current state. Your only option is to make a prison thats actually profitable vs depending on the feds to keep your wreck of a prison system afloat...

Prisoner funding should definitely be increased. Right now you only get $100 per prisoner, should be doubled.
