Navigating

I'd like if zooming used the mouse cursor position as the point of zooming, as I enjoy zooming out from one point into another more than WASD/arrows. Scrolling by moving the mouse to the edge of the screen would also be good, but that should be an option since I can easily see people being annoyed by it.
