[Bug] objective in the To Do list comes back

At the starting of a game, we have to read the CEO's letter, but this objective only disappears from the To Do list if I click on the "Delete" button. Then when I save and load back my game, or load an autosave, the objective "Read the CEO's letter" has come back in the To Do list.

Thankfully, for now, it's just a case of deleting it each time.
