Common Room? Pool Tables? Televisions?

Would I be right in understanding that the common room is a sort of inmate relaxation room during FREE TIME? I've been wary to build one due to the incredibly tough economy.

And do pool tables and televisions only work in these rooms?

Televisions work in cells and holding blocks too. I've yet to see an inmate use a pool table.

Things I've found useful in the common room:

- TV
- Bench
- Weightlifting bench
- Chairs
- Bookshelf

I also highly recommend including windows in them. Prisoners seem to avoid windowless rooms.

Pool tables also 'work' outside of common rooms, I had one placed in my Yard and I noticed a prisoner using it however there was no animation, he was sanding in the middle of the table and for most of the time the pool table sprite was ontop of the prisoner effectively hiding him.
